School Requirements


For High school Graduate:

  • 2 pcs. 2x2 pictures
  • PSA Birth Certificate (either Original or Colored copy)
  • Original copy of Form 137 or 138
  • Copy of High school Diploma
  • If the candidate is married, PSA copy of Marriage Certificate

For High school Ongoing or Undergraduate:

  • 2 pcs. 2x2 pictures
  • PSA Birth Certificate (either Original or Colored copy)
  • Copy of Previous Grade
  • If the candidate is married, PSA copy of Marriage Certificate

For College Graduate:

  • 2 pcs. 2x2 pictures
  • PSA Birth Certificate (either Original or Colored copy)
  • Copy of Transcript of Records
  • Copy of College Diploma
  • If the candidate is married, PSA copy of Marriage Certificate

For College Ongoing or Undergraduate:

  • 2 pcs. 2x2 pictures
  • PSA Birth Certificate (either Original or Colored copy)
  • Copy of Transcript of Records from the previous school
  • If the candidate is married, PSA copy of Marriage Certificate

For Foreign Students staying in the Philippines:

  • 2 pcs. 2x2 pictures
  • Birth Certificate (with English translation)
  • Copy of School Credentials such as Diploma, Transcript of Records
  • If the candidate is married, a copy of Marriage Certificate
  • Copy of Passport (with valid Philippine visa)
  • Copy of Alien Certificate Registration
  • Special Study Permit (the school will help you process the SSP)

For underage students, please provide us with a letter of commitment.
